Joyous Ravings of a Mid-Life Crazy

I am now in the post-third of my life, since I plan to live to be 100. I have 2 children and an empty-nester. Sometimes I enjoy that and sometimes I miss my young women desparately...

I teach Middle School age kiddos. This is my 13th year at this crazy age and my 37th year of educating the future of our nation. I teach on a Military Base in Colorado where at any one time over 2/3's of the parents are deployed. This gives us more than just educating to contend with. I have spent most of my years teaching Elementary, but since coming to Colorado have been with 6, 7 and 8th graders.

My faith and relationship with Jesus Christ is top priority, my girls are next, my relationship to my world and then my students round out my goals and objectives in life.

I don't know if you are interested in my life, but I think this type of journaling is unique.
